Dato' Simon Wong was an academic and athletic scholar. He holds a B.Sc (Cum Laude) and a MBA (Hons) in Finance from Oral Roberts University, USA. He was in the National Dean's List and Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. He was conferred the Most Outstanding MBA Student Award 1992, Oral Roberts University Graduate School of Business. He has 27 years of business experience spanning from Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Australia to South Africa with interests in property development, financial services, bio-technologies, green energy, enterprise solutions and investments in PLCs. He sits on the board of several listed companies in Asia and Australia.
He is a Certified Wellness Planner (Open University Malaysia); currently the President of Wellness Living Society of Malaysia, Deputy President of the American Universities Alumni Association of Malaysia (AUAM), Honorary Chairman of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Sayang Anak-Anak Yatim KL & Selangor, Founding Member of Hong Kong-Asean Cooperation Foundation and was recently nominated to receive the “World Chinese Lifetime Achievement Award” in the category of finance from World Chinese Economic Summit held in Hong Kong 2017.

Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman is a Barrister-At-Law, Lincoln's Inn London, Advocate & Solicitor, High Court, Malaya. He was awarded an honorary Phd from University Utara Malaysia, Doctor of Business Administration h.c., International Management Center Buckingham, UK and Advance Management Programme, Harvard Business School.
He served as a Magistrate, President of Session Court and a Federal Counsel. Tan Sri Aziz has more than 35 years of managing public and private corporations. He was the Managing Director and CEO of Malaysia Airlines from 1981 to 1991. He was responsible for its vast expansion and turned MAS into a profitable and leader in the world of aviation. He was conferred Manager of the Year Award 1984 by Harvard Business School Alumni; Aviation Personality 1989 by Aviation Week, New York; Transport Personality 1992 by Straits Shipper.
Tan Sri Aziz is a fellow of several institutes and for several years served as the President of the Chartered Institutes of Transport Malaysia. He also served as the President of the International Council of the Chartered Institute of Transport in London, the first Asian accorded with such privilege by election.

Fred Bopp is a maverick in the watch industry. He inherited the watch making business, Tzarcoulte which started some 100 years ago from his grandfather. During the 1980's when the swiss watch industries was badly hit by the new quarts watches from Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong, Fred did not throw in his tower but to ride on the wave of change.
He manage to incorporate the DNA of traditional swiss watch design into quarts watches and sold millions of watches to some of the top brands in the world. His business acumen does not stop in the watch business. He has more than 50 years of experience in investing in land banks, properties projects, start-ups, ailing businesses and financial products.

Shahrul Munir Abdul Rahman, a graduate who holds a Diploma in Accountancy from MARA Institute of Technology (ITM), Malaysia. He then continued his study in University of Hull, United Kingdom and graduated with a BSC (Hons) in Accounting. Shahrul started his career in EON Bank Berhad as a Senior Officer of Corporate Banking Department.
In 2001, his career head a leap in Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad, as Vice President I/Head of Business Banking. He managed few of some major accounts. Shahrul was then appointed as Director in subsidiary companies of Global Maritime Ventures Berhad, where the companies owns and operates Chemical / Oil Tankers for oil majors and traders.

Harry Ong graduated from Deakin University, Australia with a Bachelor of Science degree and started his career in a local commercial bank before branching out on his own after 13 years. His last post held was Manager, Local Corporate Division (Head of the commercial banking division).
His experiences & expertise encompasses Banking & Finance (experience in consumer, corporate & commercial banking and managing a credit cooperative including fund raising); FMCG & Manufacturing (successfully assisted a cake & bread manufacturer to be listed on the KLSE and also involved in a water, fruit juices & carbonated drinks bottling plant in South Africa); Leisure (currently a director of a group owning & managing Aquariums in the region), Wellness and Property Development (last project handled was an integrated wellness resort in Penang).
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
A graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, Looi is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Having completed his articleship with an internationally affiliated audit firm wherein he gained valuable financial experience especially in special corporate assignments and group consolidations, he joined the corporate finance department of AmMerchant Bank Berhad until he left as manager to join Newfields Advisors Sdn. Bhd. ("Newfields"), an investment advisory company as Vice President.
He was a founding member of AsiaBio Group in 2006 before taking a step back from operations into a nonexecutive position in early 2011. He has extensive corporate finance experience covering activities such as initial public offerings, cross-border restructurings, debt restructurings and other corporate proposals for public listed companies.
Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Jeffery's first working experienced was a Multimedia Executive at Intrasoft System Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2000. He was appointed as the Marketing and Procurement Manager of NatStar (M) Sdn Bhd in 2004. He developed, assisted and trained 50 Top Achievers with a membership based of 30,000 distributors. These numbers gradually increased to 300 Top Achievers and 100,000 distributors and earned him the promotion as the General Manager in 2010. He played a crucial role in assisting the company to achieve an average target of RM100 million sales per annum.
In 2010, he was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer for Asia Vision International Ltd. in Hong Kong. His core responsibilities includes, managing and monitoring investment opportunities for the group. Besides that, Jeffery is an expert in nurturing investor relations, gathering data for internal analysis, assessed business model to meet risk management criteria, limiting downside risk exposure and propose recommendations on investments.
From 2012 to present, Jeffery is also on the Board of Directors for Agro Energy Sdn. Bhd. a commodity trading company, specializing in Oil and Gas for the Southeast Asia Region. He has successfully gathered, network and strategize the company's sales in great numbers.

Dean started up the development process from FEL 1. The Vale Project was designed at a full phase construction value of US$5 billion giving a material handling throughput volume of 200 million tonne per year. Phase 1 is completed, having a capex of US$1.5 billion and material handling throughput of 60 million tonne per year.
Dean is well respected within the industry for his sound experience in the management of large scale projects and industrial activities, having worked at the production, maintenance, projects implementation, logistics and corporate area, accomplishing significant results. Dean demonstrates mature leadership, developed in the lead of multidisciplinary teams; successful implementation of management models for implementation and maintenance process, reaching objectives that included process optimization, cost reduction, and routine improvement, among others.
